Shark Robot Vacuums

Shark’s robot vacuum line kept coming back to my desk for three years, and the relationship deepened each time. On the four-spot campaign I worked directly with Shark’s creative director, no layers in between, owning the direction from concept boards through final 3D and motion, presenting, defending, and refining the work with the person who had final say. On Kion I sat inside the brainstorm itself, steering hundreds of explorations in real time. By the next-gen AI robot, I was art directing and technically directing the product’s entire visual identity.

The through-line is consistency at scale. A hero render that sings on a landing page dies on a shelf hanger, so every system I built for Shark started from a small set of non-negotiables, camera height, light logic, how the technology is visualized, and let each channel flex around them. The renders ran where the products sell: retail packaging, Amazon product pages, in-store displays at Target and Walmart, the brand site, YouTube, and social.

AI robot identity

The ecosystem of looks for the next-gen AI robot: packaging, in-store displays at Target and Walmart, Amazon digital ads, the brand site, and social, hundreds of assets reading as one product.

The four-spot campaign

Four web and social ads introducing the technology inside an earlier flagship, each spot with its own tech hero, environment, and camera behavior, held together by a shared lighting and grade language.

The Kion technology library

Art direction inside live brainstorm sessions with the Shark team, steering hundreds of 3D explorations into a coherent library, so reviews were a choice between clear directions, not a sort through noise.
